FCP-001 is a simplistic fight capacity program designed to improve explosive power and work capacity for ffighters and athletes that are engaged in activities that dont always allow the fighter to decide the tempo.

Fight Capaity Program is utilising 3 exercises, the Kettlebells Swing (2 and 1 hand variations), The Kettlebell Goblet Squat and the Push-up.

The goal of the program is to improve your general fight capacity and strength over a period of 4 weeks.

You will be doing 3 training sessions/week and on the other days you can choose to rest or add some light cardio or mobility.
